Hostage Rescues, but unreachable Exfils
So my trio just died to radiation because we opted for a hostage rescue and the exfil was completely unreachable. As in, it was on top of a building roof that's only accessible via 10-foot-ladder-and-you-can't-climb-with-a-hostage unreachable. What is that type of extract, seriously? There's no reason why a hostage extract should require you to run 3 city blocks away, climb ladders, or scale half a mountain's elevation when there's more than enough, closer road intersections.

Please revisit this game logic.

Don't even get me started on hostage extracts popping up next to static extracts or in the radiation/gun case zones.

LOL, they don't want you to win every time! That is one of the dynamics, some times easy, some times kinda hard, some times really hard, some times impossible to win!

you can drop the hostage and pick him up from higher ground

From my experience, not at the height of a ladder. I've picked the hostage up from a higher point when the exfil helo is just a little too high to jump onto it with them. Also, it seems like he died instantly when I set them down because of the radiation spreading in the area. As long as he is being carried, or on the helo, radiation doesn't affect him, but the moment he's not being carried, and not on the helo, in an irradiated area, he's insta-dead.

This is one of the most stupid takes I've ever read. They made it impossible? That's literally counter-intuitive. Why not have the heli land on the ground or anywhere else. Bro, do you suck Activisions schlong or something?

I honestly didn't want to comment on how bad a take this person's POV was, I was just going to let it be, but yeah it's a really poor position to take; not to mention, extremely counter intuitive. The DMZ game mode is legitimately still in Beta so it's quite obvious this type of situation is very likely a bug. Having an LZ an unreasonable distance away is one thing because yeah, an argument for difficulty (no matter how unbased/non-thematic/immersion-breaking it may be) can still be made. However, having a game made that's 100% impossible under very likely conditions is really bad design/business simultaneously.

I mean, how many hostage rescue LZ's have you seen that require you to grow through and UP a building to its rooftop via only a ladder? Unless you're given the option to pass the hostage from one teammate to the other...it just doesn't make sense. Quite obviously an experimental LZ or just a bug.
