Desync / Lag Compensation in shooters (WARZONE, CSGO, VALORANT & BATTLEFIELD)

I'm going to start from the beginning, yesterday afternoon I was playing and I felt that literally anyone, no matter how bot they were, would hurt me too much in the game, even when I started shooting them from behind and without missing shots. Also felt when someone peeked first, that he killed me very quickly, without any chance of beating him. As it is something that I am used to and that I thought was typical of Warzone, I did not pay attention to it. Many times, I also thought that it was about the "Peekers Advantage". But it has nothing to do with the above because one day in a ranked my teammates were spectating me in the gulag and noticed that the enemy had appeared almost half a second before on their screens than on mine. I don't consider myself a bad player, I always had a very good kd, I played tournaments before and I am currently coaching in warzone so I have more than trained reflexes to react as slow as in the clip. So, I deduced that it was DESYNC or LAG COMPENSATION. With the same mates we began to do tests and look what we found:

My teammate and I were connected to servers in Brazil and despite the fact that I had a little less ping than him (50ms vs 70ms), the one who was most out of sync at the end was me.
In the video it is clearly seen that I play at a great disadvantage compared to the others, giving my 100% from another person's pov in the game is equivalent to a 80-year-old reacting (plus this causes me to see things or hitboxes where in reality they are not).
I did researches in everywhere (forums, videos and posts) for a solution regarding this and it is not clear at all, the only thing that is known is that it happens to some and not to others. I mean, I changed my ISP (internet service provider) several times in my life and it was always the same in all shooters. My internet connection is by cable, I never used WIFI and the wiring by optic fiber to the post out of my house and from there it goes down to my house in coaxial cable.

Finally, any solution? I don't expect to eliminate it completely, just reduce it a bit.
