Falsely banned on mw3 early access beta

Hello, at the start I wanna state that I have not being cheating in any way (everyone saying this but well, cant really prove you wrong or anything so its up to you how you take this post). So, I have pre ordered mw3 standard edition firstly so I could play beta earlier. I have played for about... 4 hours or so and which I closed game, turned of pc and went to bed. Next day, I have launched steam because I wanted to play and I saw yellow notification on it. When i opened it I saw that Iam banned on call of duty. After that I opened up game, saw that I can play mw2 without any issue so I started mw3 beta because I wanted to continue my grind to lvl 30 (reached level 9 or so before the ban). Game restarted, launched mw3 and I got error that I couldnt play... So after some researched I saw that I can appeal my ban on activision site where got automated reply after approximately 10 hours that ban is final and everything. On their website I can see that only active ban on my account is for mw3 Beta. But the main issue is (since Iam probably gonna buy game again.. yes.. I have refunded it + vault edition upgrade which I have bought as well before the ban because I liked the game.) that since I have games on steam mostly, I have red text on steam profile (which is really bad sign and doesnt make sense kinda since Beta is no longer a thing and dont think it counts as permanent thing because mw3 and Beta are 2 different things) and besides that it affects my cs2 trust or even some rust servers. Both of these games are taking game bans pretty seriously and yeah... With this post I wanna ask few things just to make it clear for me since I never experienced false bans etc. (never been even Shadowbanned if that came up to your mind)

I have read that this type of bans are common in COD Betas/early release and even shadowbans are something that normal people experienced in newer call of duty games. Can me as normal casual gamer do something about it or only time will tell if it gets reversed?

Can I somehow contact activision/ricochet anti cheat team to appeal again and talk with them directly instead of talking to support page bot?

Anyone else experienced something like this this Beta or Iam just "special" case on mw3 beta release?

If you wanna add anything for this issue, please do so in my PMs, comments or anything.. Iam glad for any advice (even if you say "f you cheater" I dont mind it, atleast I know people are reading this and understand core issue that is my post presenting

At the end, Iam sorry for bad english (its not my first language and Iam writing this in hurry and in kind of stress because ofcourse I dont wanna be banned on game that I wanna play + I wanna clear my steam profile)

so what I have read is that, you cheated on the game refunded it and were hoping to buy it again and then notice you have *Red text* stating you have a ban on your steam profile?

and you hope to clear your steam profile from the wrong doing?

1. Your steam account was linked to your activision account any ban will carry over to your steam (permanently).

2.I'm surprised you got a refund for having a ban on the game you're refunding.

3.There is no appeals for steam to unban your account *eg: take off the red ban marker and text"

Innocent people don't get banned 99% of the time, and even more so I find it suspicious you have refunded it an innocent person would fight *Tooth and Nail* (a common expression where i live) to have their account rid of a ban though everyone knows once you're banned

No. We don't need to prove you wrong because you got banned - that's proof enough that you were cheating. It's up to YOU to prove you were not cheating, which evidently, you cannot manage to do.

Additionally, you won't receive support here. You need to go on Activision's website and request support there but I doubt they will unban you as it does seem you cheat at the game.

You can't remove the game ban from your profile. The hole system is auto. No humans at all. The chances of the ban getting removed are 0.00001%. People still have game bans from mw2 beta. Just have to live with it.

Thank you and well.. I wouldnt make this statement etc. if I got banned for example in both mw2 and mw3 beta like most falsely banned people. But I legit got banned only in mw3 beta and as you can see on the screenshot above... beta isnt even stated as the game where my ban is active since its no longer a thing. Which is just weird \o/

And thats the weird thing that if I would have cheated.. I would get banned on both games since mw3 is launching within mw2. \o/

They might be able to unban (very small chance) from the game but your profile is F. Steam is in control of that. I got false ban on sniper elite 3 in singleplayer and they unbanned me but my profile is still banned. I tried years ago to fix it but steam support doesn't have control over it. The devs will not mess around with steam. Steam process to remove this stuff takes way too long to appeal. Just have to live with it. Just trying to save you some time.

I realy dont know wtf you guys are doing to get banned in the beta. The majority didnt get a ban at all and PLEASE dont give us this bs that its programs like icue razer synapse or else because that is just false

I have no idea why it happened. But like I stated above.. I can play mw2 without a issue etc. and mw3 is launching from mw2 base game so no idea.

And my game list where Iam banned is empty as you can see from screenshot so thats BS too \o/
