Then see that the game is enebled in antivirus and firewall.
Updates could have blocked the game.
Eneble the the folder COD HQ, not only COD.exe

They are enabled, i even tried router restart, pc restart, validating, second account.
Game worked yesterday tho and before

i got no extra anti cheat too XD

You have something on your computer blocking the game.
Go through it all on you PC and see if you can close/shut down or deactivate one by one and then test game....
