I verified the Black Ops 6 files multiple times. I even re-installed a month old Backup of Black Ops 6 i made from my external hardrive and updated it to the newest version. It didnt remove the error.

Further i checked with cmd for faulty Windows files.
DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth
sfc /scannow

It didnt find any faulty files.

I did alot of things but Im not sure what happened on why it got fixed after the newest cod update. I also had some new Windows 11 update. But Ive tried alot of things here.

Verifiy files, reinstalling, Lowring CPU clock speed and disabling overclock/boost/performace on the PC, Disabling useless programs or programs that change/keybind software, Cloud services and such that run in the background, or PC tweakers might do something on your end if you have any. Removing bloatware from pc, Disabling core isolation from security on win settings. ipcongic scanow for corrupted files. Many things can break it

also Activision/Cod HQ is a hot mess of code and it aint optimized well. So alot of people struggle with cod. So sometimes waiting or doing little things might do the trick
Thanks for your reply.

The Win11 safety features are all active and i dont run any keybind software or overclock my PC parts or have any cloud Services active. I did reinstalled Nvidia App because i read that might have brought bugs into play since the last month (not sure if true), the re-install didnt help my issue.

I guess for now i play other games, still didnt finish Stalker2. Gonna wait for the next Black Ops 6 or CoD HQ update and hope it will be fixed on their end. Because Black Ops 6 HQ did start up fault free just a few weeks ago.

Worst case i assume might be waiting 2-3y until they move Black Ops 6&7 out of HQ like they did with the second installments of Modern Warfare 2&3. If they move it out eventually that is :P

Some other thing is check your bios (from your pc brand website) for any sort of upgrade and deactivate any performance boost as some other scenario that could be
I decided for a fresh install. Now it works again. I really dont understand how this can be, before complete delete i had 162gb, 11412 files in 37 folders. Multiple times verfied. I even deleted it and updated an older Back up with verification.

Now after the fresh download of the complete game it sais 146gb, 11044 files in only 13 folders.

Seriously this messed up merger with HQ, i hate it.

Bro, the game crashes at 50% on PCs, so it's not something you can fix by downloading it again. They've had this bug since BO6 in the game, where sometimes the GPU just gets an error or there's a kernel crash.
I bet they don't even know what the AI did wrong, because even the graphics card manufacturers couldn't help. And for me, for example, it's only in COD. So you won't find a fix, and if you do, let Activision know. I think after BO7, people will definitely be looking for it xD

CoD is the best example of what happens when developers use AI coding tools, which are actually only intended to write the code so that they only have to correct the errors xD It's just embarrassing when they can't find the errors because they're too incompetent, and have been for over a year.

My issue was a different one. If you read OP could manage to load the HQ and it crashed in menu accessing message of the day. With me, i pressed play in Steam and it didnt even manage to open the HQ menu, it crashed when the anticheat picture is progressing towards 60%. My issue had nothing to do while ingame. Right now i can play fine. I hope i wont encounter other bugs of course.

Its just strange how the verification of my files could have been so different in size and file count, compared to a fresh install. This is somehting i dont understand, but then i dont know how a verification works anyhow. Do they compare filesizes or just filenames, or both, have no clue. Seems weired that i had this vast discrepancy.
Not error messages here, just freezing in menus and whole pc needs restarting..
Anyone able to get this fixed? I click on Warzone and then the session freezes and the box appears with the error. I've uninstalled, updated graphics cards, re-installed but this is still coming up.
Aside from the aforementioned things it could just be bad optimization from the game itself and all the bad code within it that conflicts with your pc hardware.
my game stutters so bad i go from 160+ fps to 19 and it can freeze for 15 seconds and it gets me killed
