it reports the error in load screen where they started loading in shader

Basics:
See that you have a free space of min 35 GB on systemdisc C:
See that anitvirus and firewall is NOT blocking the game and steam sub services.
Log into windows as admin, if not - set steam and game to play as admin
The game works best on a SSD
