I just purchased Mw3, will not launch ive tried clearing cache, verifying, and restarting cpu!! I feel like i just wasted my money maybe i should of did it on battlenet

Did you try to launch the exe from the folder directly, not inside Steam.
I had to do this the first time, then it worked inside Steam after that.

have you both updated your graphics drivers? they brought a new one out for this game and i had to update before the game even opened
