black ops 6 performance issues

what's going on with black ops 6 performance? fps between 70 - 120 fps (sometimes under 30 fps) at low settings on 1440p... what can I do?

my pc specs:

AMD Ryzen 9 5900X
NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3080
64.0GB RAM
1x 1TB M2 SSD
1x 2TB M2 SSD

the same for me.. cant enjoy on my mobile 3070ti laptop but my 4090 desktop runs fine... im usually on my laptop. the beta ran way better than this.

I'm getting about half my FPS on big map WZ. WZ 3 I was getting 130-150 frames (I had it capped it at 150). In multiplayer BO6 I get 140-150 getting into the 170s when i run the in game benchmark. But I had to lower my settings getting seriously bad packet burst which low settings has seemed to make better tho still is happening. I tried area 99 and get 110-140 which I can understand a slight loss on a newer game. But big map I’m getting like 60-100 having it dip as low as into 50s. It gets better as the game goes on and ive hit 130s by final zone, but even in the plane at the start I’m getting like 90. I saw on Reddit it’s a Steam related issue. They said deleting and reinstalling the game fixes it but it did not for me. Maybe you need to completely delete the game files after uninstalling and basically reinstall fresh but I have not tried that yet. If you do and it works let me know.

I came from CoD on xbox and steam for other games. MW3 was the first CoD I bought on PC and did so always being on steam. For BO6 I did try looking around to see if there were performance differences before buying again on steam and saw nothing really saying ones better. So is it just BO6 or has it been this way for multiple titles?

Absolutely dumb that works.... I'm still not at full normal frames and haven't tried bringing my settings back up but it was about a 35 FPS boost. getting about 95-120 now and my normal 140 by mid game.

Anyone else not able to launch COD HQ? I have been having this issue halfway through MW3 and I still can't get it to work. Does anyone know a way to fix this or am I just screwed out of playing COD permanently?
