stuck on player stats

im stuck on checking playerstats ive tried to delete or cut the folder check integrity of game files etc etc restarted my pc and router ect ect and i get same issue sometimes it loads the menu but when i open multiplayer it gets stuck on checking playerstats again if i get passed that i cant even get into a match now i cant even get into the game to even select anything

same, and I've tried literally everything. I've switched from battlenet, xbox app and steam and I can play multiplayer just fine but when I load warzone im stuck at that screen

ive been dealing with this for almost a week around 3-4 days maybe more idk whats going on im just trying to have a good time on cod
