Black ops 6 unable to boot

This error has been happening for batttle.net and Steam. I have yet to find the cause.

This is a fresh Windows 11 install. complete wipe. I have installed all my drivers via AMD,Asus MB, Samsung, and Windows etc. my PC is very bare currently and really only consist of
Adobe
Office 365
Steam-COD BO6
AMD
Asus/Armory crate

I have played 26 hours or so last couple days after the third fixed install of windows. I logged off last night 11/17.
Woke PC from sleep mode
Steam started opened COD, it shows the black ops 6 load screen box, then begins to load the while bar beneath, goes into full screen black with white buffering cogwheel bottom right and freezes. It stays there

I have stopped via Steam reopened in "administrator" for COD and Steam, booted in safe mode no change,
Closed and verified steam files no change
Uninstalled, reinstalled restarted, no change
Changed language and updated no change
uninstall Steam, COD and reinstalled no change
roll back windows driver to previous update, no change.
Ensured all overlays are off steam,Gamebar,AMD
I have followed what Steam,battle.net and Activision have provided to do for ex below.
hardware in all default mode no changes.

I don't want to reinstall windows over/over to have an attempt to play this ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ game. please help. Many other things I've done or tried but all remain ineffective.

yeah dont let the internet convince you, that you gotta change ur entire config for 1/30 or even more games

i got to prestige 6 with the occasional crash and now after season 1 i cant even get to the menus

trying to decipher here from fresh windows install.

Bootstrapper shows successful launch no error. unsure why continued black screen

Asus Aura disabled. Everything static.
Remains black screen unsure what changed on PC from first play to continued play.

Xbox game bar completely removed via alert turned off regedit; error turned off.

Restarted Steam/Steam Web Helper and Cod individually turned on/off admin privilege on all 3. no help.

Reset Asus/AMD drivers and downloaded manually no fix.


FIXEDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDD. only that from above that I did randomly was Ran, this didn't specify any specific change

All it changed was that auto update selected to auto update. nothing else showed. the PC did not update once selected. but whatever that hardware repair did fixed the game
