Chat Ban In Party Only Chat??

How am I getting chat banned when I'm only talking to 1 other person in my party who definitely isn't reporting??

Absolutely.

I never am on Pub Chat - only Party chat with my friend. I got a warning. Then just got banned for 3 DAYS.

COD PLEASE HELP THIS IS NOT RIGHT. The private content of my private party should not be subject to your moderation rules which are for the protection of the PUBLIC!
