Does buying the Black Cell also give you the vault upgrade?

As of now, buying the Blackcell appears to get you a bag of nothing. Doesn't activate in game after purchase.

It can sometimes take ages for it to apply, even after a game restart.

yea i bought it 2 hours ago still got nothing and other got it 2 or 3 hours before me

i bought the blackcell pass 2 hours ago and still dont have it either after playing and several restarts. Hopefully it will be there tomorrow. i opened a ticket with activision but doubt that will do any good.

OP: No buying the battle pass does not give you the vault edition. They're seperate from each other, though the BP does include rewards for some of the VE operators/items
