Close game and steam
Browse to steam/steamapps/common/steamworks shared - in sub folders, find:
Directx folder/june 2010; DXsetup.exe - run it and chose repair - restart pc
Next, find Vcredist folder/2022 -
run both ...x86.exe and ...x64.exe - do as prompt (repair), restart pc

Go to Bios, and Change the CPU LOAD LITE CALIBRATION to mode like MODE 7, and try it.
