Mouse Acceleration

Hello -- I am not sure if anyone else has noticed this...

While playing on a desktop PC with M&K - There is no acceleration in mouse movement. It is extremely snappy and has a 1:1 input in relation to mouse drag to DPI travel on screen.
On moving to a laptop to play, there is a slow drag, then accelerates to the DPI, and when the mouse comes to a stop it slows to a stop on the game (Like distance = 1:0.5-1-0.5
There are zero settings difference from Desktop PC to Laptop -- and the game configurations are **directly** copied from desktop (Including all auxiliary files outside of steam directly). I have attempted 2 different laptops now - and 4 difference computer mice. Only laptops seem to have the acceleration issues.

Anyone know of any fixes?

meanwhile obviously if your PC is faster including the monitor there will be less input lag, and regard that HDR causes input lag
