Do you use Cod 4 x mod? if yes, Checkout this video, it is at the exact moment he shows how to change frame rate ande etc , Eskip to 6:40 pay atention.

Omg, you got a 4070 ti, i have 3060 12g. i run the game on maxed settings, 1080p 145fps.
