Error 0x00001338 (11571) N
I'm having this error over 10 times a day and crashing and I can not figure out what is causing it. Ive tried everything i can think of and a multitude of suggestions online and none of them have worked. This is so far beyond unacceptable from Activision.

Verify Game Files, DISABLE ONEDRIVE (Major issue if it hangs on loading and does not crash), Update GPU drivers, the usual things, but theres a chance it breaks either way. Back to not being able to play the game for months not Thank You Beenox.

I've done this after every crash. Same 38 files failed to validate every single time.

Done verification every time it crashes. Always the same 38 files failed to validate. My entire computer has been factory reset and completely updated. Still happening.

for some reason, installing the game in my ssd work, usually I have it in my hdd but apparently just changing to ssd works for me
This fix it for me:

Delete the player record folder

The previous step has to be backed with deleting the player data of the game. You may also try removing the “players” folder from CoD Modern Warfare 2 documents to see if it resolves the 0x00001338 problem. After that, your problem should be rectified. However, you might need to reset some of the game’s default settings.

Follow these steps if you don’t know how to delete the “players” folder: In File Explorer, navigate to the Documents folder on your computer.

Go to your computer’s Documents folder in File Explorer.
Access the Call of Duty Modern Warfare 2 Beta folder within the Documents folder, then use the right-click menu to choose “Delete” after selecting the player’s folder.
After that, start the game, change the settings as desired, and test it to see whether the problem persists.
