300 CP missing from battlepass

I've completed the free battlepass a few days ago, on the "COMPLETION" sector it stated that I've "claimed" the reward of 300 cod points, I didn't receive them and I thought I needed the battlepass for it. So I purchased a DLC with cod points and went ahead and bought the pass, I received only 1100 cod points rather than 1400. The 300 are still missing. I can't seem to find a way make a support ticket to Activision about it. Please help.

did you restart your game ?

i had bpass completed before i bought it
i already had the 300cp bonus unlocked

when i bought the pass i should have ended with the same amount of CP but i lost 500
which i got back upon restarting the game

I bought the Manticore bundle, it came with cod points, and buying the battlepass was supposed to give you 300 free cod points. Well instead I got 0 profit but the battlepass still technically cost me nothing.

I got same issue i bought battlepass completely free i had 900 cod point at start of this season i got 300 from free tier so when i finish battlepass i should have 1100 cod point left but i only have 900 again so 300 missing

have you completed the just unlockeded sector with the free weapon, and finshs all the challenges
