A number of players in the DMZ i'm running into are blasting their TV's into their mics and end up giving themselves away. They aren't asking for friendly, they broadcast their position, and you're expecting other players to give you the chance to decide whether or not YOU want to engage them.
I've even had players avoid squad invites and get upset after the fact when they get knocked. You aren't entitled to safe passage, and you are a threat to other players whether you feel like being one or not.
Type you're looking to finish missions in game start, and call friendly proactively with other teams, and move like you're in a warzone.
