Try dropping into a DMZ game for a few minutes. Should fix it.

Steam or BNet? I clear the download cache on steam, I got past the shaders stuck at 99% issue, can't confirm it worked because of that. Although, I'm stuck on 6FPS in game.

Once it stuck at 98% oder 99% you can just start to play. It seems to be a simple UI bug because I was able to start and play without issues and the “shader didn’t load yet” message did not pop up when I did. They fixed some stuff and broke other…

Also can’t play warzone keep getting an error code 0x00001338 while the game loads and ultimately crashes.

@KrispyAss solved this for Steam above. Delete download cache and shaders problem solved!

Tried it 10 times the normal way clicking the in game restart shaders and restarting the game got stuck at 99% every time. Finally worked after I clicked the restart shaders and closed the game and rebooted the PC then opened the game.

I cleared the download cache for steam then verified files and it fixed that.
