Close game and steam
If you have played Campaign, copy and past the savegame.svg to another folder, from:
Your Doc folder/Call of Duty/Players/Numbers - then delete the call of duty folder.
All you settings in the game will be reset to default.
Open the game and do your prefered settings in M/KB, Graphics, Audio, Interface and network. Apply for each change when needed.
Close game, waith 15 sec. Restart and see if there is any improvement.
I did this and was back on my original fps, fixed graphics, audio, loadouts and matchmaking.
I have an RTX card
There should be only one... Now you see how they fked up this and all the settings in the game. Many of the settings are hidden and out of your control. But they are in this folders.... deleting will reset the setting in the game....and I had several players last hours that fixed it with this simple long shot....
