Upgraded to a RTX 4080. My FPS won't go over 100-110 in Almazrah.
Specs: Ryzen 9 5900x, 32GB 3200Mhz Ram, 850W PSU, 1TB NVme SSD.

Upgraded to a 4080 from a 2080 ti and I has so excited to finally play in 200+ fps in 1080p but turns out for some reason my FPS wont go above 110.. I tried every fix I could think of and anything I found online including freshly installing windows 11 but nothing seems to work.

Im just saying, play different games and not games that are never gonna fix performance issues, Remember Black ops 3 with the fps stutters :)

Im sitting at 260 fps buts its ♥♥♥♥♥♥...Im CPU bound and my CPU is topping out at 50% load and my total board power is at like 60% of what it should be under a gaming load, im leaving like 40+ fps on the table since this last update and i cant find a solution anywhere.

I have a 3070 ti in dmz I am at 190 fps but in warzone or resurgence 30 fps maximum
At 1080p the issue is not with your GPU is your CPU that is the bottleneck. Use a higher resolution.

So you're saying If I INCREASE the resolution, I will get MORE FPS?
By any chance are you the retarded devs from Activision or the retarded Activision support team member?

I got more frames moving from 1080p to 1440p. Resolution can and will bottleneck your system. 4080 is at minimal a 1440p card

Odd cus I have a 6950 xt and at 1080p I couldn't peak over 180 frames on ultra (even with FSR on) . I now get about 220+ frames on Ultra with FSR on.

Somethings definitely wrong.

I have an i7-12700k and an RTX 3080 and I get anywhere between 120-144 (since I cap it) but I’m sure I’ve seen it higher uncapped.

I’m pretty sure your CPU is dragging behind. Try increasing the resolution and using DLSS. Minimum PSU for a 4080 is 750W. You have 850W. I’d go for 1000W PSU or higher. I’d also get a newer AMD CPU.
