Can't find ground war and invasion matches

For some reason the game won't let me join these game modes, it just keeps searching until 189 ping and nothing happens.
Quick match search is kind of okay but during the match I keep getting randomly disconnected with "Disconnected from server" message.
Is there a way to fix this? My internet is stable and there was no such issue like 3 days ago.

What is shadowban? Is it possible that I have that ban?
I was reported once for my "offensive" nickname even though it's the same as here on steam and I got a warning notification but I saw nothing about a ban?

Check xbox netwrok settings in - Win settings/Game/xbox network

NAT should be Open/moderate and server connected

Thanks, just checked it and it is open and connected, but the problem is still there

Then you have to do this as a blind shot. It helped me with several issues afte S03.

They ♥♥♥♥ up all your settings in the game with S03....

Close game and steam
If you have played Campaign, copy and past the last savegame.svg to another folder, from:

Your Doc folder/Call of Duty/Players/Numbers - then delete the call of duty folder.
All your settings in the game will be reset to default.

Open the game and do your prefered settings in M/KB, Graphics, Audio, Interface and network. Apply for each change when needed.

Close game, waith 15 sec. Restart and see if there is any improvement.

I did this and was back on my original fps. I have an RTX card

It helped me with everything, FPS, Graphics, searching for Matches and to find full lobbies in ground war.
