Problem in the Zombies BO6 map, Shattered Veil ( Crash )

No mapa em um dos passos para fazer o Easter Egg, quando entra no portal o jogo simplesmente Crash e fecha, desde quando lançou o mapa que esta crashando meu jogo quando tento entrar no portal para fazer um dos rituais, esta acontecen com mais alguém? / On the map in one of the steps to make the Easter Egg, when you enter the portal the game simply Crash and closes, since when you launched the map that is crashing my game when I try to enter the portal to do one of the rituals, does this happen to anyone else?

Same issue, I've tried everything and I mean everything. Take it from me, we gotta wait till they fix it, cuz i have done a complete clean install of windows and the game on a clean wiped drive and the crash still persist.

yes, I've done everything to solve it and nothing worked, I hope they see that there are people with this problem, we spent 300 reais on a game that with a map of the problem on people's PC, it's their fault for not optimizing the game.... I saw people saying that this was a hardware problem.

But even so, if it's a hardware problem, that's the problem is for them to release a broken and poorly optimized map/update.

I've got a pretty mid-range PC and Shattered Veil runs fine for me, no optimisation issues or crashes at all.

My pc has an Rx 580 8gb with 3rd generation i7, I can play above 100 fps and it had never been a problem, it's only on this map when entering the portal to do the ritual

I'm very upset because I wanted to play the map more, but because of that, I can't...

I think it's the load from the visual effect in those rooms on the system. But I don't understand why it's on that high of a visual level while all the other setting are on low and we can't manually disable the watery effect to just have a room with just the hue of the colours :s. But then again...(if these aren't bot acc.) I've seen a couple comments of people with a 2060 or better having this crash...:s

Nevermind, the gpu driver update didn't resolve it.

I use AMD Rx 580 8gb unfortunately there is no update for this card anymore, what remains is to wait for them to update the game, I already sent my video to the support and the error log folder to them

Same problem, a teammate initiates the teleport and I crash, today I entered the portal first and I crash ... for now, great map, can't play it :-(
