Xbox App - MW II (2022) Not Installing

I am trying to install Modern Warfare II via the Xbox PC app. The game has been stuck on "Installing" for over 24 hours. No progress has been made. There is ample space on my SSD and I get no error message. I tried closing the COD launcher and reopening it but that made no difference. I even reinstalled the app overnight and it didn't help. The game just will not install yet my PC says that it is installed. I cannot uninstall it since it isn't installed.... but it just won't install.
