I really don't understand the hype for verdansk
I think everything in this update for the warzone side is great, besides the most "exciting" thing, Verdansk. I will never understand it. I have been saying verdansk is trash since the first version of Warzone. I think Al Mazrah was a better map, just on a worse game. Am I seriously the only one that feels like this?

Its FOMO. The game is still trash and they are trying to nostalgia bait people cause the game USED to be good back in 2019. I was never a fan of warzone to begin with. It ruined cod in my honest opinion.

Personally I hated MW2019. It was the beginning of the end for me as I've been playing COD since I was a kid and I am now 25. Warzone really saved it for me. I loved Warzone as a whole but out of everything that made it good, the map really didn't have anything to do with it.
Verdansk was made good by Warzone 1, not the other way around. Verdansk is an awful map, and they've intentionally made it worse by removing ziplines.
The maps in general are so uninspired and generic it's hard to play a couple rounds and not get very bored. I am still back on COD MW3 and those maps are cut from the same cloth. The Warzone and COD BO6 look totally dullard material so I have serious doubts I will buy another COD. The game had its moments. Can't keep living off "past glory," have to bring the product and the quality or game play hasn't been there for years now. I got tired of buying "disposable" games that lacked charm, atmosphere and now the annual releases only mean cash cow.
