Perma Banned

Got perma banned because i made a reddit post to ask people if they want to play because i suck at the game and i joinied this dude named cod879 or something like that and for the first 3 games they kinda all seemed afk and i didnt really care until i got kicked from the game, so i got off the game and told my friend about it and started to watch my show, i come back a few hours later to a perma ban and i tryed to appeal and got a big ♥♥♥♥ you and blocked my email(i have spent over 400 dollars on this game that i am calling my bank to get all of it back because that bs)

Thanks to Ricoshit Garbage Anti-Cheat thinks that you are hacking even tho you are a legitimate player even Activision admitted they banned legitimate players.

can you stfu about "Ricoshit Garbage Anti-Cheat"? if you think it is actually happen go sue them. besides that you are a nuisance that has no job no life no family with 24 hours of spare time to spam some trash anti cheat banning players who you believe in their words. Do you think I made out of money thinking money be coming out of my trees and then hire the best lawyers and hire my best attorney in order to file lawsuit against a MULTI not thousandaire not millionaire, a BILLIONAIRE or worse if true a TRILLIONAIRE dollar company aka Triple A Activision Company and expect that I would win this lawsuit against them? I think not and that's why I mostly ignored your advice because that would never happen if I were do that and like I said people have done it and lost but even if they won against Activision, the company will never change for good.

My question is why couldn't this person go file a lawsuit against a Multi-billionaire or worse if true a trillionaire dollar company like Kirilla can't tell me what to do cuz my money don't come out of my tress.
