crashes, blurry gameplay

wanted to play some games tonight, constantly i have blurry vision everything works slow, changed all my settings still same problem. great cod.

Blur is from the great Temporal Anti-Aliasing.

Usually, disabling DLSS and DLSS Frame Generation fixes the blur.
