Error HUENEME - NEGEV, anyone know how to fix it?

I know that I get it when ever I try to log in at the same time as someone else in my household, only way we have been able to get past it is to reset the modem and both connect right away and it only last till one of us log off then we get the error message the next time we both try to play at the same time.

lots of guides on web, 0 of them worked.

sorry to hear that, it is a network connection error on either the games end or your end, I had to call my internet provider (activision's customer care was a joke and just kept telling me to do the same thing over and over that I had already done, I think the guy just kept copying and pasting the same links to me) and they were the first ones to get me connected and then told me how I can do it myself on my end so I didn't have to keep calling them. it is a pain to reset the modem every time but it is what it is.
