Low Gpu Usage and low FPS
Hello. I have a 4060ti and a i5 14400f. Gpu runs at 70, 80%, while cpu is at 60-70%. Fps dont go above 120, 130, ultra settings, no frame gen, dlss quality, 1080p. The problem is that if i lower the graphics FPS dont go up...do i have a cpu bottleneck? Or the game is poorly optimized?
Thanks in advice

I'd bet its an E-Core / Intel issue. You have 6 real Cores and 4 E-Cores.

https://www.overclock.net/threads/mw2-and-stuttering-with-e-cores-enabled.1804442/

Yes, if you lower the graphics or resolution and your FPS doesn't go up its a CPU bottleneck.

Different motherboards have different ways of either disabling the e-cores or specifically disabling them from running with games in windows.

You can use the in-game benchmark and it'll give you a rough estimate of GPU vs CPU bottleneck percentage and low/average/max FPS on both sides.

Optimally, You'd want your low/lowest CPU FPS to be higher than your average to highest GPU FPS, so the GPU is always being fed and CPU has headroom.

If you're not stuttering or have any other weird performance issues, you're probably better off bumping up the GPU intensive settings to make sure you stay GPU bound and a smooth experience.

If you want to run everything at/near low, just bump the resolution percentage up a bit past 100% until you're satisfied as some settings will eat into both CPU and GPU.

ur intel chip permanently burnt out its chips so it now runs close to a i3 1000k

I have a similar trouble, i got these specs:

Ryzen 5 3600
B450M DS3H
16GB Ram DDR4

And i can't play this game, low gpu and cpu usage, i modified all settings but nothing success

Ran into this issue recently, too, with a Ryzen 3950X and RTX 4090. It barely uses CPU nor GPU and get around 90 FPS due to it on all settings / resolutions tested.

It definitely appears there is something they're needing to fix that is not Intel related.

This. I have tried everything under the sun and this game is just a stuttery mess. Low CPU usage, and Low GPU usage on any and all settings. stu........ttt..........er. 12700k and a 4080super. Other AAA games run perfect. Game is doodoo cake.
horribly optimized for PC. This is the only game where my FPS is in the ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ and i got a 3080 Ti
switching to launching the game from battle net is still the only solution it seems

I don't have bo6, but I have both MW II and III.

In there you can test your game with different setup for graphics.
But, for cpu, you need to do some test settings with those P and E-cores. The same with turbo mode and enhached turbo. I guess you can save different profiles, like I can.

I used a month to find the best bios setings for my I5-14600kf, in company with a 2070 super (next for update) and ddr5 ram at 6200 Mhz, set to 5600 MHz.
