Failed to start service (123)

For the love of gaming.... can someone help me out with this error that is showing in the bootstrapper? I reinstalled the game multiple times. Do not have controller software (rewasd) on my pc. Did a restart of Steam and the pc. Tried everything I could find but nothing is allowing me to start this damn game!

When I press 'Play' in Steam it will try to run the game but nothing happends.....

You have something else on your PC that make anticheat prevent the game to start.

I have deinstalled everything I think that would stop me from playing COD. I used REVO uninstaller... Still nothing!

I havent played the game for about 3 to 4 months... deinstalled it because I played other games. Now reinstalled it (multiple times on different disks) and it wont start...

installed Warzone only at first but now installed MW II and III because I thought this was the problem....

Ryzen 3600
32 GB Ram
RTX 2080

Razer Huntsman (no software because I deinstalled it)
Corsair M65 Ultra (no Software because I deinstalled it)

Had the Randgrid.sys problem in the bootstrapper and fixed that. Now I just keep getting this message in the bootstrapper.

excluded the everything in my firewall and anti virus.

Deleted alot of programs and games with the use of Revo Installer

Used admin rights

Verified my game files multiple times

This is so fcked up......

When you uninstall because the game fails.. Make sure you cleanup leftovers and doing a register cleanup.
This game need a min of SSd. HDD don't work properly.
Check the guide and link to the old guide for MW II and III

i'm having the same issues. been verifying files, moving it to a different SSD, exiting steam then relaunching, uninstalling then re-installing. ill finally get into a zombies game and then crashing and then this happens again where i cant relaunch the game for a while. I've tried setting as run as admin and use compatibility settings. nothing.....

it means you have internet issues

I have solved the problem. I moved the complete files from my hard disk (D) to another hard disk (E). I think it was due to a missing file. I don't know but it helped...
