this milionare company thess nat have enough money to create a small soft to include intelemetry setting ? too expensive ? really or its not that important

If you're using an Nvidia GPU with Geforce Experience updated to the most recent version, then press Alt+R at any point to bring up a small overlay that displays FPS, Highest FPS, Render Latency, CPU Utilization and GPU utilization

or MSI Afterburner... your pc already provides that info and has overlays, just use those.

If you didn't know that anything monitors anything uses resources and even in game monitors use resources.
Plus in game monitor is not as good as other types.
Also some motherboard do tell you what your cpu temp is.

Today's hardware can do more then one thing.

Performance monitors have a performance impact, by the way.

play the game instead of asking the cpu temperature, there is something else to do, like all the bugs before asking cpu temp, we don't give a damn
