1440p is 2k not 4k. Also any tech giving you a 30% 'free' boost is either severely diminishing your native resolution or giving you a ton of input lag or both.

I'm on a 4090, that guy did not get 260fps at 4K extreme. I'm on 1440p high with DLSS quality and I'm depping to 126fps.

I get well over 200 fps at 1440p, there is a setting you can edit in the files which raise your fps by like 30% on average, look it up.

I don't really think it's wise editing the files of an online multiplayer game, easy way to get game banned.
