Zombies, unable to Revive Bug

Some time you just wont be able to revive a teammate for no distinguishable reason. Just have to let them let them bleed out. Which a awful itself but like in the boss fight it GG no re-spawn, no nothing. not to mention the other 30 main quest ending bugs that just stop progress complete with no solution. Need some sort of reload feature if your not going to play test your releases to make sure they work. Happened to me twice super deep so I just can't play zombies (the only good part of this game) until its fixed.
