If you played during your Shadow Ban, that's the reason. Otherwise, I could imagine that something seems suspicious on your PC. If you use a VPN, this will also be banned depending on the provider and your country. If I were you, I would completely reinstall your rig and take absolutely nothing over. Not a single file. Then wait until your shadow ban is over, which you can check via the well-known activision page. Only then log in again, install the game and you should be fine.

i only have ghub for logitech mouse , do not use vpn i have disocrd app corsair link for cpu cooler no other software , i have these from past 7 8 years and i played cod mw2 and 3 on same pc without issue i have 2000+ hrs for this one i think it's tied to reporting , you get reported you get shadow ban without any checks by dev

You don't have to justify yourself here. I am constantly reported for high KD and have never had a SB. It could be a download, some malware, despite a good virus scanner. If you want to get out of this situation, follow my advice. Reinstall everything, update the BIOS, etc. Memory encryption, virtualization, TDM 2.0, Windows security, everything must be active. Or leave it and stay in the SB loop. You decide.

i am not going to fix a non existing problem i paid for service and i want that service if anti cheat think there is cheating done in my computer it needs to produce evidence and their support team need to have decency to reply back , i have 100 of games installed i can't delete everything for incompetence of activision and i do not have fast enough internet to download all of it back

i think i need to gather enough people and take legal action against publisher and devs

i already sent complaint to BBB and i will pass it on to steam as well today if nothing is done i will file complaint with consumer court in my country

You play 100 games? And At the moment you're playing BO6. Again.
The BBB is primarily responsible for consumers in the US and Canada, so while a solution for consumers outside of those regions is theoretically possible, it will never be achieved in practice. Participation in the BBB process is completely voluntary for businesses. They can also simply ignore requests without anything happening. BBB really only has a good influence in the US, as the media presence is strong there.

your account likely doesn't have a high trust level yet, so when people spam report you it's more likely to result in your account being shadowbanned. i circumvented this on mw2 and 3 by playing on another account, but that requires purchasing another copy of the game so... it's up to you, but playing on another account doesn't necessarily mean you'll get to play the whole week your main is SBed, sometimes your alt can get shadowed randomly too so keep that in mind
cawolf831 Dec 7, 2024 @ 4:07pm
also, the threshold (number of reports) required for someone playing on PC to get SBed is much lower than someone playing on console. fortunately, the older your account gets, the harder it is for you to get shadow banned from people spam reporting you. i haven;t been shadowbanned on my main in a long time, i used to get SB in MW2 all the time and MW3 a few times after a certain season update

i bought mw2 ad mw3 played them for 2000+ hours never got shadow banned this only happend in bo6 while playing plunder i am not high kills player i play game modes that doesn't requiire killing people so in plunder i run around open boxes for cash and deposit it for xp i am not even sure why someone report me
Pwnd1337 Dec 7, 2024 @ 5:02pm
Well. You have been given solution and don't want to use them.
arobro Dec 7, 2024 @ 5:41pm
Based on your gameplay, I can clearly see you are not cheating.

It's very unlikely the issue is on your pc, as the Ricochet driver issues (almost) only permanent bans.
This leaves either a red flag detected from the server side anti-cheat or reporting.
I think it's unlikely you have raised a red flag on the server from your gameplay.

This leaves the reporting system. I suspect some of the cheaters are reporting everyone in the shaddow banned lobby.

Also if you report a cheater, and that request is not approved by Activision due to lack of proof, this may lower your trust level.

In terms of practice steps you can try.

Avoid playing while shadow-banned to cut down on the false reports.
Don't report cheaters for a few weeks, until your trust level is higher again.
When the shadow ban is lifted, try just multiplayer for a few days without warzone. (if you are not banned, this will help rule out the cause being on your end)

This is interesting. I was in LMM for two weeks. I came over from console to PC, hoping it would provide me a better refresh rate, etc. Which it did and I have gotten better. I was out of LMM yesterday, then found out today I was back in...doesn't sound like I am the only one either. I certainly hope they fix their AI database or whatever source they are using to do this. It's pretty ridiculous at this point. I am giving up on Activision as they never respond accordingly to the millions of people who have purchase their game. I shouldn't be surprised though. If I was making the money they were, I would just let people complain too.

they shadow ban everyone. if some salty ♥♥♥♥ stain 50 year old father of 8 sees u ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ on him in wz all he has to do is spam report you. Multi billion dollar company with a sad excuse of a anti cheat system. they rely HEAVILY on ai to determine whos cheating and whos not and theres major flaws in their method.
