Death FX help

Hey guys, I have a problem, when I kill someone I dont see him explode and stuff like its shown in a preview of a blueprint. I have Molten Death FX and on other blueprint I got that razor burn FX that looks like electricity when a person dies and turns to burned skeleton. But I dont see that when I kill someone ingame and I do use the blueprint on the weapon class.

Do I need to enable some setting or something??

Please help me if you can

It should be visible to the user and the victim as long as the show gore/dismemberment effects setting is enabled in the game's settings. The guns I have with death fx work as intended for me and do display the effect when killing enemies.

I dont see any effects even though I purchased the bundles, have the setting enabled and the weapons equipped. Big waste of money as none of the effects show. Maybe its banned in my county Germany?

I'd say there's a decent chance that is the case if Germany has restrictions against depictions of gore or anything similar in video games.

Germany is unfortunately known for this kind of censorship and that isnt Steams fault or the developers. However if thats the case with these death effects the devs should have put a disclaimer in the ingame store or in the bundles that contain these Death FX. They enticed me into buying something thats disabled by default for me? I saw the previews of the effects on the store page, the main reason I purchased the bundles. If I really will never see any of these effects this is like fraud/ false advertising and Id like my money back. I wrote to Activision support and asked for an explanation. I do see the animations on the guns and I see the bullet trails but I dont see any death effects with the expensive weapons equipped. Some of the effects didnt even look brutal, it was just some cartoony explosion added, why would that be banned. Very dissapointed. Also the game runs extremely bad. I have packet burst for 90% of all matches on low settings. Its the most laggy multiplayer experience Ive ever had. Admittedly my i7 8700 CPU may be a little old, but paired with my 2080Ti GPU and 32GB of ram it holds up well in every other game besides this one. Ive changed some graphical settings here like put the quality on high to see if that fixes the death effects but no matter what settings I use it doesnt change, the death FX dont show. So far. If I find a solution Ill write it here
