Can I transfer Black Ops 6 from Steam to Battlenet?

considering the fact how much of the performance for Call of Duty on Steam wack is I was wondering whether you could transfer your Black Ops 6 "license" Steam over to Battlenet

I just bought Xbox Series X just for Call of duty.
Playing over 1000 hours and still optimizing my game with each update.

all I know is you can link your account and play on battlenet BUT when it comes to cod points in my recent experience it didn't transfer what I had when I played in steam it stayed in steam and what I earned while playing in battlenet stayed in battlenet :l
