Modern warfare 3 GPU driver update

Hello everyone. I'm having an issue with updating my GPU driver so I can play MW3 on the steam. I installed all the windows drivers, upgraded to windows 11, went on AMD website to download their driver update tool but i keep getting an error 182 when trying to update the GPU driver. I even Google GPU driver update 23.11.1 which took me to a download link from AMD but still running into the problem not being able to update the GPU driver to 23.11.1. Has anyone been able to play MW3? Can anyone help me?

You say tool, are you referring to the auto detect tool? If not thats what i would try

If not do the DDU method. Here is a video.
you have AMD so you would download current AMD drivers. Video will walk you through process.

Yes. I have the auto detect tool. Didn't work.
