What is the best upscaling option when it comes to image quality?

Hello,

What are the best graphical options / upscaling option that I can choose for the game to have the best image quality?

I have a PC that can handle everything in MW3 and have +100fps.

My GPU is a Nvidia RTX3090.

Should I go with any upscaling options? Like DLAA or DLSS (on quality) or Fidelityfxcas ?

If I don't choose an upscaling option the game looks blurry, the only way to remove this is to apply a Sharpen nvidia filter by pressint Alt + Z.

For me the nvidea experience "optimize" settings brought the best image quality. DLAA, No scaling at 1920*1080 native, sharpness set to 49 for MP and at 75 for campaign.
