FALSE BAN ON MW3???

I wake up and start searching games at 200 ping.. I was like that cant be right my nets usually good. I found out that im shadowbanned for mw3, warzone which i played once, and mw2 which i havent played in years. Anyone having the same problem??? I just spent $240 on this game cause i bought it for me and a friend and have receipts lol so defo not cheating

Duh, Activision haven't even spoken of SBMM/EOMM.. Why would they suddenly speak of the shadow bans that happen?

Shadow bans are usually only possible to get through reports, all it does is flag your account and throw you in lobbies with other shadow banned players.. Meaning toxic players with shadow bans have to deal with cheaters - All it's meant to do is isolate bad actors.

COD isn't the only game that does this btw, it's just different since it relies on player reports alone, which is stupid since there was a massive issue in MWII with mass-reporting being used to target content creators.

It's been proven to be real many times, most content creators that have high KD's at some point face the shadow ban queues. Afaik, shadow bans only last 1 - 3 weeks.

bro what are you even talking about, if you check appeal a ban on activision it will tell you account is under review, and that you will get matched with other people that have similar accounts under review

i mean im not crying im explaining what happens when someone gets shadow banned i dont get shadow banned anymore because mw3 fixed the anti cheat and everyone makes mistakes and mine was scripting on rust so who really cares that was over 2 years ago lmao u really just checked my profile

Saw someone in another thread say it took Activision a week before they finished with their investigation and rescinded the ban.

you better ask for refund from steam before its too late. I just banned for playing on lenovo legion go. Actually waiting on mp quick play que in 200ping lobbies. not even played a single match.

I am a firsthand victim of this exact issue and it's people like you that won't even give real, innocent customers with REAL developer disputes the time of day. I demand to speak with activision or ideally get my money back because I refuse to fall victim to this scam

shadowbans last between 3-14 days.
this is coming from someone who's been sb'd 75 total times since mw'19
