Buy the $100 cod points bundle and ask for a refund but first use the cod points and buy what you like. You will receive a refund and your cod points will be deducted and you will end up having a negative balance ( for example, I have -4400 cod points).

This is the way if you don't plan on spending money on the game in the future.
