I tried to exfill with the Wunderwaffe DG-3 JZ
And its gone. Why?

Was is equipped or did you have it stored in your backpack? Afaik, you have to equip a weapon for it to become available (at least that's how it works with weapons you haven't unlocked for the MP yet).
It's either that or you're not supposed to extract the weapon. Sorry, I can't be more of help. :(

you only get xp for exfilling the raygun and waffe. you need to find the schematics for them if you want to be able to take them in with you.
