I don't think I'm alone here? I don't play COD into it's death cycle and so I never really see the wonky skins, but with this COD, you're playing with trash rappers and cartoons right out of the gate.
It completely destroys any kind of immersion, and it's counter to the increasing realism of video game visuals.

I don't think I'm alone here, but maybe I am? It's just.... dumb.

agree, the game would be better without all the goofy skins.
they should give us at least a switch so you can turn that off and every silly skin get replaced with a standard/military one if you want.

eh, they are the only thing helping most players in MP. i specifically use the skins that glow and sit higher than others (like the rabbits) so you ♥♥♥♥♥♥ players have no excuse of not seeing me before you get killed.

I hate it, too. Somehow, I wished we hadn't had any carry over at all. The MW2 weapons are more or less useless and 99% of the skins people pay money for are ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥.

Half the lobby looks like groot, the other half accuses you of cheating while giving off bright particle and smoke effects or uses uber-bright, pink weapon skins, so you could even see them if you were blindfolded. You look to your right and a humonguous rat and a bunny who have made friends with a kitty cat are running alongside you while Snoop Dog in his blue jumpers tells you he has your back. WTF is this?

Yeah, I like visual coherence, immersion and it makes it a less enjoyable experience.
Everything feels wrong, the worst beeing maybe that Gaia woman. Nothing feels right with that.

I too am not a fan and as such this will be the last COD game i buy. The worst part of it is that the game is $!!5au to buy into a cash shop.

End of the day they make more money off skins then they do people like us as a whole.

hopefully COD get its own battlebit replacement
