Warzone on Steam

Just moved from Xbox app on PC to steam and my god, why is there so much stuttering in Warzone? Running a 12900KS, 4090 and 7200 Mhz RAM. It was butter on the Xbox app, but this is just unplayable on Steam.

So now i'm in a rock and hard place as the Xbox app is playing up for me. Each time there is a game update, there is a very high chance of the download failing and the only solution is to delete the game and reinstall. Not ideal with a 300gb game.

Has anyone got this running smooth?

The benchmark seems ok, 220 average, 190 5% and 185 1% lows. But in Warzone is enough to make you sick.

Bnet works fine too, but steam has been broken season1 .. multiplayer works, and all small maps.. bigf warzone map wont. i have try everything,..

I have titan x pascal. runs perfectly well in 3440x1440 max settings
