Not Playing Until Another Stable Update! :(

Blue Screens and sudden hard resets are BAD. during high hardware usage very BAD! I'm calling it after 6 since update. I can't afford a bricked PC in 2025, especially at the expense of not even being able to play consistently. Keep posting updates because I will ONLY be eye-balling the COD forums for now.

Pretty much the same issue since the season 2 update.. every other game my entire system is rebooting towards the end of a match in MP.
All temps are within normal limits nothing seems too demanding for my PC right before it crashes either.
Commenting since this is the 10th time it's happened now give or take

Not sure if its worth mentioning as i am fairly new to PC but i went to go see if there was an update and there wasn't so i figured maybe uninstalling the game and reinstalling would help. Used Revo-Uninstaller to remove the game and all its files but when i went to go redownload the game from Steam it said i was almost ***100GB*** short of the needed space required to download?... Saying i needed 287GB of space. So... I made some room and I'm reinstalling it currently. I'm hoping the update just used up more space than the original game did at this point and maybe that's what is causing it to crash the system?
Not sure of how your space is looking obviously but I'll update when its completed on if that worked or not

How about lets just all agree to never play this game again. This game bluescreens my pc so muct. Its literally the only game that has done this to me in years. everyone in my friend group who has played this on pc has had it bluescreen their computer.

AMD Ryzen 7 5800X
MSI Mach 2 Radeon RX6750 XT 12GB
MSI MAG x570S Tomahawk MAX WIFI
Silicon Power UD90 4800MBs
Corsair Vengence RGB Pro 32GB
SeaSonic Prime PX 750W 80+ Platinum
3x Corsair iCue AF120 Elite
Corsair iCue H150i Elite LCD XT 360mm with 3x 120mm fans as well

Hotspot temps stay around 90F
Regular GPU temps stay around mid 60s to low 70s
CPU temp stays around 60
and that is usually with COD open along with Discord or a streaming service playing on my other monitor

To note: So far the game is working alright two matches in.. even though it asked for that 287GB of free space the download only used 119GB then another download started for an additional 19.9GB.

Same though man. I was so stoked for this game.. It really sucks its had so many issues with it, whether it be the intentional or the unintentional ones.. I'm just looking forward to the new MH: Wilds to come out. Have higher expectations that its going to be far more worth the cost with a lot less issues in the long run off the rip. I've run No Mans Sky, Ark Ascended, Ark: Evolved, Hell Divers 2, MH: World, Cyber punk 2077 and never have i had issues like this, nor the issues I've dealt with just playing this game in general in other games.. I was really trying to give it a change with season 2 coming out but it just seems like if it isn't one thing it's another

Small side question for everyone: I mean, yes, further down in further discussions it's already clear that it has something to do with the Riotcheat update, but now that I think about it, my game didn't crash from the start after the new update, only when I did the new one Updated NVIDIA graphics card drivers.
My opinion or I believe that the Riotcheat system does not recognize the driver and believes it is cheater software.

Same, i was playing season 2 fine until the Nvidia Update, although it would not optimize Black Ops 6 like usual either prior to the driver update, since the first Season 2 update, it was working good regardless and i hadn't gotten any crashes. Every other game is working and optimized fine.

Yes, had a forced update a while ago but the game worked flawless before since.

The update seems to have fixed it for now, been almost 2 hours no crash or issues. Nvidia is still not able to optimize it.
