BO6 RANKED BUG

Hi all, was playing ranked & finally reached plat. others see that i'm bronze 3 & get massive spam report. ended up getting shadowbanned hoping that the next season would fix it & of course it didnt. still shows im bronze when in reality im plat. any fixes? Oh also forgot to add i cant change my clan tag. i was reading a reddit forum about changing clan tag to something else but the game wont let me change it & keeps taking me to the main screen

The game crashed for me a couple of times and i lost over 300 points in ranked play.

The same issue occured 2 years ago when the game was new and season 1 ranked play came out.
