MW 2 ?

Can I know the mw2 multiplayer state ?
I may get mw2019 or mw2 I'm not sure yet .. Thanks in advance
Will the new option of turning the cross platform off in bo6 affect mw2 as well ?

MW2 is a great game, it's still being played. It's far better in every regard than BO6. Console playres can chose to opt out of crossplay in MW2 too. But most have it enabled I guess.

DO NOT buy MW2. It's the worst installment in the modern warfare reboot franchise. The campaign is okay but the multiplayer was completely sluggish. There was no movement, the time to kill was quick (under like 2 seconds) and the maps were horrific and mid tier at best. Do yourself a favor and buy MW3 instead. Its the same game but with better maps, more weapons, operators, and most importantly movement. It is always recommended to play the most recent titles as MW3 support has come to an end and no further updates will be made to that title.

I'm afraid that my laptop may over heat if I went for mw3

But if the ps and xbox players have the option to turn off the crossplay.. then the game will die soon .... this is why I was thinking of getting mw2019 .. what is keeping the game alive is the crossplay

PLEASE get MWIII instead, it runs better than MWII so you won't have any overheating problems, MW2019 is worth it too

I saw mw3 on YouTube.. I didn't like it .. full of skins.. it felt weird not COD .... so I may get mw1 and mw2 ... realistic

MW II still has a very lively multiplayer. I still play it from time to time through Battle net app.
Of course, there are plenty of stupid skins here, but compared to MWIII and BO6, it's not that bad.

This is so good to hear .. so it's worth the 35$ and will I be able to play modes like capture the flag .. hard point and free for all ? Or only team deathmatch?

There are now 18 modes for quick play (I have half filtered out), and 8 modes for hardcore (I play six modes)

I agree with this too. After season 6, BF2042 is better than MWIII.

Mostly TDM, but if you are playing the Shipment or La casa playlist you will play mixed modes (Grind, Hardpoint, Domination, Kill Confirmed)

yea i've been in an fps mood recently, but for cod I only have mw2 remaster on here, and I have cold war on battle net, I enjoyed both games got the mastery on both, but I am curious myself as to which is more active, ever since I upgraded my monitor from a 60 hz to a 165 hz, I haven't really played much fps, cause most of my library is survival or rpg games
