no lethals new glitch

anyone else having this problems, yesterday i spawn without any despite have the perk that allows extra one, now on all load outs i have zero and can not even refill at ammo box.

I have a bug on black ops 6 zombies with the combat axe, all other lethals work, only the combat axe I can't spawn in with, it is there with a 0 behind it and when I pick one up it still stays on 0 also buying at the crafting table the menu says 0/5 even though it takes away from my points it doesn't add an axe and this problem started a few weeks ago when I started a game I noticed a 0 next to the axe in my inventory and when using I got the message on the screen saying 'no lethals'

If you search 'combat axe' in this discussion forum you will find other people having this issue (specifically the combat axe) but I could not find any lethal equipment bugs on youtube or google searches.
