I have checked my status and it's changed:
I don't use third party softwares to run/custom my pc components.
So, I can't say what was wrong but it looks like it got solved by itsself.
Hoping I'm not going to trigger any false ban my next play because no one care about comunicating you what hell happened...
Activision support communication is zero. Z-E-R-O. Unqualifiable.
Zero respect for their paid clients. Zero respect for their games.

they even tell me to review the boosting policy. But that makes no sense cus ive been playing solo... So i ask them about that and then they say that they actually cant see the reason ive been banned, So clearly someone is lying. Why would I be told to review the boosting section if they cant see why im banned.
anyways thats my rant., im forsure done with the CoD franchise.
I too can confirm that I am stuck in a repeat shadow ban loop after only playing zombies. The first time a saw that the suspension was lifted i wanted to be cautious so i only played a single SOLO game of zombies on liberty falls. Then, i exited the game. I logged on later that day to see that i was back in "LIMITED MATCHMATING" again. It makes no sense whatsoever. All I've ever gotten are email replies from bots at activision. Nothing is done, and honestly i don't think anyone even works for activision support currently. Their Twitter hasn't posted in over 2 MONTHS! This shadow ban loop has occurred to me 3 consecutive times now. The automated emails from fake employee bots reference the "boosting" section of their security policy. This is complete joke since I've been playing SOLO.
The only logical advice I can give you is to play another game and DO NOT give this company another dime of your money. They don't respect you, and they don't plan to.
