Temporary suspensions : NOT ELIGIBLE FOR APPEAL problem
Hello friends, I faced a problem with my account without using hack or saying bad words or using voice or toxic chat Even I were not among the top kills , and i were afk for like 40Min and back and saw My account is temporarily banned and I can't find any way to communicate with the developer activision team . Do you also have this problem ? How long does it take to get rid of the ban ? I hope they solve this problem as soon as possible because many people are disappointed with Activision shadow banned or what ever they call it .
* Bad thing is when you wanna communicate with the developer and ask for checking the problem they wont let you do that because they said * NOT ELIGIBLE FOR APPEAL * .

put it as some other problem . like you cant get into account and when they respond to that because you will have a human replying to you. say what the problem is actually and this is the only way to speak to some one. I did it. kept trying to close the chat so when the question come up have we sort out the problem. I clicked no which re open the chat again until someone sort it out for me.

It seems more like a planned move to unban all cheaters, using the excuse of it being a mistake.

I have opened a support ticket and only got a useless reply, it's not going to work. They cannot say if they found anything that deserves limited matchmaking, they cannot say why it's limited, they cannot say how long it will take to review it or anything else. Literally useless. Here's the reply I got:

"Thank you for reaching out. This is Jan Kyle from Activision Support. I understand that you are having issues with the status of your account. Let me see what I can do.

After looking into your account, it appears that the account was placed in a limited matchmaking state by the Security Team. If infractions are found on the account during this period, it will result in a permanent ban. However, if no infractions are found, everything will return back to normal.

Please review our Security & Enforcement policy for more information regarding this https://support.activision.com/articles/call-of-duty-security-and-enforcement-policy .

Account reviews are processed by another department, so I am only able to confirm the general status of your account according to my system. Motives or categorization are not elements I would be able to detail myself, but I recommend that you take a look at our Security and Enforcement policy in order to better understand community guidelines. In addition, we cannot provide any time frames for the review process.

Furthermore, we do not have the details. We are not aware of any details, dates, duration, frequency, or reason for the security decisions, and we cannot change them. We can't fulfill any requests while the account is under review or if enforcement actions are taken.

Thank you for your understanding and if you need additional assistance, please feel free to create a new ticket and we’ll be happy to help you."

I too can confirm that I am stuck in a repeat shadow ban loop after only playing zombies. The first time a saw that the suspension was lifted i wanted to be cautious so i only played a single SOLO game of zombies on liberty falls. Then, i exited the game. I logged on later that day to see that i was back in "LIMITED MATCHMATING" again. It makes no sense whatsoever. All I've ever gotten are email replies from bots at activision. Nothing is done, and honestly i don't think anyone even works for activision support currently. Their Twitter hasn't posted in over 2 MONTHS! This shadow ban loop has occurred to me 3 consecutive times now. The automated emails from fake employee bots reference the "boosting" section of their security policy. This is complete joke since I've been playing SOLO.

The only logical advice I can give you is to play another game and DO NOT give this company another dime of your money. They don't respect you, and they don't plan to.
