Can't Save Weapon Builds Anymore? BO6

I can still go into build options on a few builds I have from before December, however I can not make new builds, or save anything on guns anymore. Is this removed from the game like they like to do, or is this a messed up glitch, which also is common with these devs?...

I have a pistol for example, with 3 different builds saved, and an M4 with a bunch too, but if I want to make an AK build, or any other new build, I can't even get the option (5) to do anything with a build. And when i unequipped said gun, the build is reset.

I've had this issue since launch and it hasn't been fixed. I honestly don't expect it to be fixed...

Can't make zombies builds and switching deletes the build so it's a pain in the ass.

Same almost. Except the handful of guns I did do a build on can still show the build options button. Otherwise yeah, fresh resets every switch

I have also been having this issue since mid december. It started on my first Prestige reset and I haven't been able to save a weapon build since. I submitted a bug report to activision about it twice, but their support pages are truly awful. But good luck getting any kind of ticket submitted through them. Unless you have connection issues, they don't even have an option to open a ticket and will immediately close a ticket that doesn't match their super narrow categories.

I have also had this issue since launch. Anyone find anything that works? I have submitted bug reports bud don't expect the devs to address

It's like they turn s*** on and off and then forget to turn it back on and go back to counting their money
